Review Datsun Go + Panca

Jakarta-Datsun Go + Panca has a new variant which is an automatic transmission with X-Tronic Continuously Variable Timing (CVT) technology.

The CVT Go + Panca X-Tronic comes after about five years the model glides for the first time in Indonesia, precisely in 2014. Prior to this, this multi purpose vehicle (MPV) only offered manual transmission types namely DM / T, AM / T, TM / T, Ttle M / T.

The X-Tronic automatic transmission option on Go + Panca itself is given for variants A, T, and T Style. Only variant D is left without other choices.

The Go + Panca A CVT is worth on-the-road Jakarta Rp. 137,340,000, while the Go + Panca T CVT is priced at Rp. 146,290,000. The CVT Go + Panca T Style, which is also the most luxurious variant of the model, sells for IDR 150,790,000.

In total, the first seven passenger vehicles in the low cost green car (LCGC) segment now have seven variants. The price range starts from Rp. 114,030,000 to Rp. 150,790,000.

LCGC itself is a special vehicle segment initiated by the government in 2013 and received tax incentives so that the price could be relatively cheap. The lower and upper limits are determined by the regulator, as is the price increase every year.

There are conditions that must be met in order to enter this segment. Among these are assembly that must be done locally, a certain percentage of domestic components (TKDN), 1.2-liter maximum capacity engine (gasoline engine) or 1.5-liter (diesel engine).

Go + Fixed Five LCGC
Datsun first introduced the automatic X-Tronic CVT variant in Indonesia through the new Datsun Cross model which launched in January 2018. Different from the two previous models namely Go + Panca and Go Panca, Cross did not play in the LCGC segment.
