Review Suzuki Ciaz Diesel


NEW DELHI - After the success of the 1.5 liter K15 gasoline engine installed in Ertiga and Ciaz, now Maruti Suzuki India offers a new option in the form of a 1.5-liter DDiS 225 diesel engine.

The mechanical heart of the internally developed turbodiesel is claimed to have good performance, the best fuel efficiency (fuel oil) in its class, great torque and power, and soft. The power is 100 hp at 4,000 rpm and the torque is 225 Nm at 1,500-2,500 rpm.

6-speed manual transmission feels light when moved. While the "R" reverse gear is placed on the left side of the gear "1" to reduce the driver's hand movement when in narrow parking conditions.

With the presence of this new engine, it means that currently the Suzuki Ciaz consists of two engine options. Ciaz diesel consists of Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants. Ciaz diesel prices from Rs 9.97 lakhs or around IDR 205 million
