Specifications of New Vespa Primavera S and Sprint S



Jakarta-PT Piaggio Indonesia (PI) has introduced two new Vespa Primavera S and Sprint S models. Both of these models are recognized as Vespa backbone models because more than 50 percent of the sales of this Italian brand come from these two models.

From the engine specifications, the two new models share the same engine which is a 154.8 cc engine with i-get technology with a maximum power of 11.6 tk on the 7,500 rpm and 12 Nm torque at 5,000 rpm. This engine is paired with a CVT transmission, air conditioning system and injection combustion system. The front suspension uses a single arm with helical springs and a single hydraulic shock absorber with dual action, while the rear uses a single hydraulic shock absorber with 4 levels of hardness setting. For braking, use discs measuring 220 mm in front with ABS technology and drum 140 mm at the rear. Both of these motors use 110 / 70-12 inch front tires and 120 / 70-12 inch rear tires which are all tubeless.

From the dimensions, both have a length of 1,863 mm, a width of 695 mm and a saddle height of 790 mm. Wheel axis length 1,334 mm with a tank capacity of 7 liters and the engine of the two motors meet Euro III standards.

Both of these motors apply two different designs. Primavera S comes with a classic design but also gets a touch of sporty character. The change now is the presence of LED lights on the front and rear, 12 inch dark gray braked rim of aluminum alloy. New colors offered in this model are Red Profondo (doff red), white innocenza and black Vulcano. For the standard variants there are Beige eleganza and blue energia colors. Other details are offered in the S variants such as seams in the seat, gray edge shield and front and center body list. The use of a classic LCD design on the speedometer adds to the impression of this retro motorbike. For the Sprint S, the style carried from the start is sporty. Updates that are present are the front and rear LED lights, 12-inch glossy black rim and sticker details on the rim.

Another touch is also present in the seat with a new design and additional details of the stiching in black and white. Another detail is the addition of stickers on the side body, suspension and front list gets a touch of red. Sprint S gets special colors Blue Vivace, Gray Materia, and Black Vulcano. For standard Sprint the color choices are yelow sole, gray titanio (doff), red passione and white innocenza. Primavera S is priced at Rp. 45.5 million and for the standard Primavera is priced at Rp. 43 million. The Sprint S model is priced at IDR 48 million and the standard variant is IDR 45.5 million. Perbedaan Menggunakan Rem Tromol dan Rem Cakram



Pastinya penasaran dong mengapa saat in kendaraan bermotr menggunakan rem dengan cakram, ada yang mengkombinasikan dengan rem tromol dan rem cakram. ada juga pabrikan yang telah menggunakan re cakram depan dan belakang, berikut ada ulasan dari otomania mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan rem tersebut mari kita simak

Sepeda motor saat ini kebanyakan sudah dikombinasi sistem pengeremannya. Tidak lagi menggunakan rem tromol, di roda depan dan belakang. Bahkan  untuk kendaraan yang kelasnya lebih tinggi, kedua rodanya dikawal dengan rem cakram.
Itu membuktikan bahwa rem cakram memiliki kelebihan dibanding rem tromol. Seperti misalnya saat Musim Hujan seperti ini, di mana-mana terdapat genangan air yang membuat sistem pengereman bisa saja terendam. Adanya rem cakram cukup membantu.
Yanu Suprapto, Kepala Mekanik AHASS Sumber Jaya Motor Pulogebang mengatakan, untuk rem cakram sendiri, ketika terkena air fungsinya masih tetap baik. Dibanding rem tromol yang berkurang performanya.
Tidak berhenti sampai situ, ketika air tidak lagi merendam bagian dalam tromol dan hanya menyisakan sedikit sisa-sisa air, tromol menjadi lengket. Itu menyebabkan pengereman menjadi sangat pakem, dan pastinya berbahaya.
“Rem tromol ketika sudah terendam air macam-macam masalahnya, seperti bagian dalamnya menjadi lengket sehingga pengereman bisa mendadak kuat. Lebih lanjut lagi akan timbul bunyi mendecit tiap kali rem ditekan,” ujar Yanu, Selasa (1/12/2015).
Yanu melanjutkan, memang ketika bagian dalamnya sudah mulai panas dan mengering, masalah-masalah tersebut bisa hilang sendirinya. Namun, jika dalam jangka waktu lama tidak kunjung normal, maka segera periksakan ke bengkel.
“Kalau untuk rem tromol sangat mudah, hanya tinggal disemprot menggunakan angin saja,” ujar Yanu.
Jadi memang dibanding dengan rem cakram, rem tromol lebih beresiko ketika melalui genangan air. Rem cakram lebih kebal terhadap genagan air. Membersihkannya juga mudah, karena berada di luar, tidak harus membongkar. Namun, memang saat ini  pabrikan sepeda motor masih menggunakan kombinasi dua rem ini.

Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. today announced the new model of scooter that Acruzo which will be marketed in Vietnam's mid-October 2015. This bike is intended for women riders because of its light weight, easy to drive, and have the look cute.

Review Kawasaki Z1000SX 2016

Kawasaki Z1000SX now getting changes and feature additions. Z1000SX the model 2016 has a slipper clutch technology and ABS as standard features.

Yamaha Fino will use technology Blue Core

Review Honda New Sonic 150R

Review Yamaha XSR700

Motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha presents the latest products that XSR700. Big motor (MOGE) is inspired from two-wheeled vehicles customized retro modern design.

Suzuki GSX-R1000



Suzuki introduced the GSX-R1000's special edition to commemorate 30 years of presence in the world GSX breeds. The special edition was given a color and pattern (livery) exactly with the GSX-R750, 1985 as the foundation stone of the triumph of the line up of GSX.
